Cybeart Phone Cases are scratch resistant only upto an extent and depends on the usage of the user. There are never any deep sratches but only minor (almost invisible) ones which happens due to normal usage such as friction of the case while it slides down up and down the pocket. So, we do not warrant scratches in any way. We suggest to keep phone cases away from sharp edges and keep them separate in the pockets without any keys or other accessories.
Cybeart Pro and Impact series are both hard or tough cases and not soft like silicon. Both are designed for rough and tough use.
Cybeart Pro Series comprises of the snap cases which are slim and makes it easy to slide in your pocket or handbag. Cybeart Impact Series comprises of the tough cases with an additional TPU rubber case. It has 2 layers for extra durability and protection.
Yes, our designs are printed all over the case including the edges. They are printed through a special sublimation process which ensures that the design printed on the case never fades away. So, we provide lifetime warranty for the designs printed on the case.

After a horrific first time experience (not because of the seller but because of courier company delivering to the wrong address and me tracking down said package and wasting time) I received the 2 new cases I ordered and they are all they are said to be and more I have now 3 cases for my phone (yes I do love them that much) and got another one for my 14 year old. this time package was sent by Canada Post as a priority and it was delivered to my mailbox and in a matter of a week or less I was able to show off my new case.

I purchased three cases. Customer service was great, they helped me track my order down as it got delayed by Canada Post (COVID). When they finally arrived I was very pleased. One of the cases had a slight problem but it was replaced immediately, no questions asked and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend them to anybody. It's sometimes hard to find a cool looking case, but with their selection it was hard choosing just one.
When my son bought his case for his iphone se we went to cybeart for his case. When he recently upgraded his phone Cybeart was our first choice to get his case. These cases are magnificent .
